1. BASIC CONCEPTS

Администратор на данни на сайта (наричан по-нататък още „Ние“, “Нас”) е „АРТЛАЙФ БИОТЕХ“ ООД, ЕИК: BG208596691, със седалище и адрес на управление: гр. Варна, ул. Евлоги Георгиев № 1, който отговоря за опазването на Вашите лични данни.
User - a natural or legal person who has published their personal information via the feedback form on the site with the subsequent purpose of transferring data to the site administration.
Feedback form - a special form in which the User puts his personal information to transfer data to the Site Administration.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. This Privacy Policy is an official standard document of the Site Administration and sets out the procedure for processing and protecting information for individuals and entities using the Site's feedback form.
2.2. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide adequate protection of the User's information, including personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure.
2.3. The relationship relating to the collection, storage, dissemination and protection of user information is governed by this Privacy Policy and applicable Bulgarian law.
2.4. This edition of the Privacy Policy is a public document and is available to any Internet user by clicking on the "Privacy Policy" hypertext link.
2.5. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy.
2.6. When making changes to the Privacy Policy, the Site Administration shall notify the User thereof by posting a new version of the Privacy Policy on the artlife-eu.com website.
2.7. By using the feedback form, the User agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
2.8. The site administration does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about the User.
3. CONDITIONS AND PURPOSES OF COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF USERS' PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The User's personal data such as: first name, last name, email, telephone, etc., are transferred from the User to the Site Administration with the User's consent.
3.2. The transfer of personal data by the User to the Site Administration through the Feedback Form implies the User's consent to the transfer of his personal data.
3.3. The site administration processes information about the User, including his personal data, such as: first name, last name, email, telephone, address, etc., as well as additional information about the User provided by the User at his request: organization, city, position, etc., in order to fulfill obligations to the user of the site.
3.4. The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of the principles:
(a) lawfulness of the purposes and methods of processing personal data and fairness;
(b) the conformity of the purposes of the processing of personal data with the purposes previously defined and declared when collecting personal data;
(c) the consistency of the volume and nature of the personal data processed with the processing methods and purposes of the processing;
(d) the inadmissibility of combining databases containing personal data created for incompatible purposes.
3.5. The Site Administration processes the User's personal data with the User's consent in order to inform the User about the launch of new products and the Company's ongoing activities.
4. STORAGE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1. The User's personal data shall be stored exclusively on electronic media and shall be used strictly for the purpose set out in Section 3 of this Privacy Policy.
5. TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. The User's personal data shall not be transferred to third parties.
5.2. The provision of the User's personal data at the request of state authorities, local authorities shall be carried out in the manner provided by law.
6. PERIODS OF STORAGE AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA
6.1. The user's personal data is stored on the electronic medium of the website for
indefinitely.
6.2 The User's personal data shall be destroyed at the User's own request on the basis of the User's request or at the initiative of the Site Administrator, without explaining the reasons, by deleting the information published by the User on the Site Administration.
7. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF USERS
7.1. Users have the right, upon request, to obtain information from the Site Administration regarding the processing of their personal data.
8. MEASURES TO PROTECT USER INFORMATION
8.1. The Site Administrator shall take technical, organizational and legal measures to ensure the protection of the User's personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, dissemination, as well as from other illegal actions.
9. CONSUMER APPEALS
9.1. The User has the right to send his/her requests to the Site Administration, including regarding the use / deletion of his/her personal data as provided in point 3 of this Privacy Policy in writing to the address indicated in point 1.
9.2. The request sent by the User must contain the following information: for a natural person - the number of the User's main identity document or his representative, information on the date of issue of the said document and the issuing authority, the date of registration through the feedback form, request text in free form, signature of the User or his representative for a legal person, request in free form on letterhead; - date of registration through the feedback form; - the request must be signed by an authorized person with a sworn signature; - date of registration through the feedback form.
9.3. The Site Administration is obliged to review and send a response to the User's request within 30 days from the date of receipt of the request.
9.4. All correspondence received by the Administration from the User (applications in written/electronic form) shall be restricted information and shall not be disclosed without the User's written consent. Personal data and other information about the User who sent the request may not be used without the specific consent of the User, except to respond to the subject of the request received or in cases expressly provided by law.
