“АРТЛАЙФ БИОТЕХ” ООД предоставя на своите клиенти възможност за избор на един от следните начини за доставка на поръчаните през www.artlife-eu.com стоки:

- To a Speedy courier office or Speedy vending machine
Посочените условия са в сила от 01.12.2026 г.
Deliveries to an address specified by the customer:
„АРТЛАЙФ БИОТЕХ” ООД използва услугите на куриерска фирма Спиди за доставка на поръчаните стоки.
В случай, че поръчката е заявена до офис на Спиди, клиентът разполага със срок от 5 работни дни от датата на доставка, за да я получи. Неполучена в този срок поръчката се анулира и се връща обратно на склад във „АРТЛАЙФ БИОТЕХ” ООД, а платената за поръчката сума не подлежи на възстановяване.
Delivery time:
- Orders placed by 2:00 pm on a business day - after 6:00 pm on the next business day.
- Orders after 2:00 pm on a business day or on Saturday/Sunday/holidays - after 6:00 pm on the second business day after ordering.
- It is possible to extend the delivery time due to temporary unavailability of the product you ordered or insufficient availability to fulfill the quantity you requested, as well as in the event of a declared state of emergency or epidemic emergency. In such cases we will contact you for further clarification.
- Please note that there may be delays in the delivery of parcels by the courier company, which may be the result of bad weather conditions, technical problems, declared state of emergency or epidemic emergency and other factors.

Deliveries to Speedy/Automat offices:
При заявяване на поръчка до офис на Спиди/Автомат, клиентът разполага със срок от 5 работни дни от датата на доставка на съответната пратка в офис/автомат, в които дa приеме своята пратка. След изтичането на срока поръчката се анулира се връща обратно на склад във “АРТЛАЙФ БИОТЕХ” ООД, а платената за поръчката сума не подлежи на възстановяване.
In order to avoid unintentional errors, after each order the customer receives an email or SMS notification confirming the order to the contacts provided by the customer. Speedy courier company will send the customer an email or sms at the time the order is accepted at Speedy for delivery execution, as well as an email/sms on the day of delivery.
