The content of active components in the 10 g. product includes: alginate spheres (green, yellow, raspberry) with vitamin E - 7.5 mg (50% from PCP), vitamin A - 0.225 mg (25%), vitamin D3 - 0.005 mg (50%), niacin gel - 10 mg (50%), vitamin B5 - 2,5 mg (50%), vitamin B6 - 1 mg (50%), vitamin B1 - 0.75 mg (50%), vitamin B2 - 0.16 mg, vitamin B9 - 0.1 mg (25%), vitamin H (biotin) - 0.025 mg (50%) and vitamin B12 - 0.0015 mg (50%).

How to use
Method of reception: 1 teaspoon (10 g) 1 time per day with meals. The duration of intake is 1 month. After opening, use up to one month, store the opened package in the refrigerator.
