MCT oil, or medium-chain triglycerides, are dietary fats derived from coconut oil. How to use

Recipe for a very tasty shake:

1. Take 1 sachet of the product and pour it into a shaker or blender.
2. Add 200 ml of fresh or nut milk to the sachet.
3. Place 1 banana or cup of fresh strawberries in the blender.
4. Whisk or blend until smooth.
5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately for maximum freshness and energy.

How to use: dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 200 ml of water/milk using a shaker. Wait 3 minutes until the components are completely dissolved. Consume immediately after preparation once a day.
