The gut microbiota, often referred to as the "second brain", plays a key role in almost all physiological processes in the body, from immune defence to the formation of behavioural responses and taste preferences. Metabolites produced by beneficial bacteria during digestion, such as vitamins, peptides and signaling molecules, are essential for optimal functioning. In the last hundred years, fibre consumption has more than doubled. For a long time they were considered ballast substances, which led to the refining of food products. As a result, the modern adult consumes only 5-10 grams of dietary fibre per day instead of the recommended 20-25 grams . Fiber deficiency has been linked to the development of serious diseases such as colon cancer, gallstone disease, diabetes, obesity, atherosclerosis and varicose veins.

Active ingredients:

The product contains fermented fibreenriched with probiotic cultures including Bifidobacterium animalis, Bifidobacterium adolescentis and Lactobacillus acidophilus. These fibres come from a variety of sources such as corn, buckwheat, rice and flax bran, as well as apple, flax and citrus fibres.

The composition includes medicinal mushrooms such as lion's mane (Hericium erinaceus), Ganoderma lucidum, cladodes (Pleurotus ostreatus) and shiitake (Lentinula edodes). Mashed courgettes, carrots, apples and pears and apple pectin are also added. Bioflavonoidspresent in the product include rutin, quercetin dihydrate, hesperidin and grape seed extract. Turmeric extract has also been added.

Fibres in their natural form: the product contains soluble and insoluble dietary fibre such as psyllium, nutriose, inulin, pectin, fiber and beetroot. Ingredients include oligofructose, arabinogalactan-lavitol, palatinose, xylitol and sorbitol.

Prebiotics: xanthan gum, guar gum and lactulose are added as prebiotics. Vitamins: The product contains B vitamins B1, B2, B5 and B6. Minerals: Chromium Picolinate is included as the mineral component. Antioxidants: Chitosan and reduced glutathione act as antioxidants. Amino acids: Glutamic acid, arginine hydrochloride, cysteine, threonine, para-aminobenzoic and lipoic acids are part of the amino acid profile of the product.

Fermented fiber - metabiotic

Fermented fibre is a special biotechnological substance - a metabiotic. They are produced by a complex multi-step process in which a mixture of different dietary fibres is pre-treated with enzymes and then inoculated with probiotic bacteria. Based on research, strains of beneficial microorganisms that most efficiently break down the fibre are selected. Thanks to fermentation, the product provides the body with easily digestible dietary fiber, probiotics, flavonoids and most importantly, short-chain fatty acids (SCFA) as determined in laboratory studies.

Dietary fiber

The product contains a variety of dietary fibers, each of which supports the growth and multiplication of certain types of bacteria, thus forming an optimal intestinal biocenosis. Dietary fiber also serves another important function - it serves as a substrate around which bacteria gather, facilitating the absorption of probiotics. Intestinal walls are densely populated with a biomass of proprietary bacteria, making it difficult for new bacteria to be introduced and established. Dietary fiber is divided into two groups: soluble and insoluble.

Soluble fiber: They form part of the cell skeleton of fruit tissues and green parts of plants. In the presence of organic acids and sugars they can form jelly.

Insoluble fiber: They are polymers of glucose found in the cell membrane, ensuring its strength. They are divided into partially fermentable (cellulose and hemicellulose) and non-fermentable (lignin). The most lignin-rich foods are bran.

The functions of dietary fibre are diverse and extremely important for maintaining a healthy gut microbiota and the general well-being of the body:

  • Increase the diversity of the intestinal microbiocenosis.

  • They promote the formation of nutrient bonds between different populations of bacteria.

  • They retain water in the intestine, improving peristalsis.

Palatinosis and oligofructose are functional sugars with prebiotic properties that selectively stimulate the growth of bifidobacteria in the human gut microbiota while reducing the number of potentially pathogenic microorganisms.

Xanthan gum and guar gum act as prebiotics, dissolving in water and forming a gel that fills the entire volume of the stomach. They help to cleanse the intestinal microvessels, removing undigested food debris and eliminating fermentation and putrefaction processes. B group vitamins are involved in all major biochemical processes in the body and should be taken regularly through the diet or as part of high quality supplements.

Chromium picolinate is the most bioavailable form of chromium salt, with absorption rates as high as 80%. It is actively involved in carbohydrate metabolism by increasing insulin activity and sensitivity of tissue receptors to it, leading to reduced sweet cravings and normalization of blood sugar levels. In addition, chromium picolinate aids in lipid metabolism by reducing blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels. How to use

How to use: Adults take 1 serving (15 grams) 1-2 times daily with meals, after dissolving in 200 ml of room temperature water using a shaker. Wait 3 minutes until the components are completely dissolved. Duration of treatment is 1 month.
